最近看房子，很勤快，随时准备下offer，所以 求perth靠谱的settlement agent, building and pest inspector。 自己找了几个，觉得都是唬弄人，不太负责。

Northbridge 有个Tang Legal , 挺好的，报价便宜一些，应该是华人或香港人开的，不过负责settlement 业务的是个澳洲人，会一点中文好像。

我用过2个，都不靠谱。就不推荐了。
感觉这个没啥大讲究，都得靠自己。。。。所以越便宜越好。
