在Adelaide IT立脚最好能通过Security Clearance以便国防工业机构能要你，当然这包括公民入籍。另外一般IT公司的种族歧视及本地经验偏重似乎没楼主描绘的那么严重，我就见过公司里7，8十工程师外国移民占一半的

同意楼书大部分观点,尤其是PHP .Net好找一点，其他都比较难。
还有就是local experience 这种 完全就是排外和歧视的借口

It depends on what you are pursuing of your life. If you value the career achievement above all other aspects, you probably will get lost as Adelaide. People who prefer a balanced life are more likely to fall in love with Adelaide. In general, the higher career status you come with from your native background, the harder transition period you would experience at any new place you migrate to, unless you are relocated by international companies. Experience from me stay 15+ years in Adelaide.
