请教签证申请资料 checklist中的一句话

正在准备ENS雇主担保申请，在阅读申请准备材料checklist（186-applicant-checklist.pdf）时遇到这么一句话，请教各位这是什么意思（粗体蓝色部分）？
包含家庭中不打算移民的那些成员的护照身份页？

- Personal documentation

A certified copy of the passport identification pages of anyone included in the
   application (includes non-migrating family unit members).

所有家庭核心成员（配偶、孩子）的护照公证文件，即使不在你这次的移民申请中也要包含。
