转==国内出生孩子，一岁以内抵澳，申请生育金指南
我是YOYO，2010年10月在国内生了老二，2011年8月带两个孩子回澳洲，跟福利部申请生育金babybouns，虽然前后多次碰壁，但是最终获批，领到了。按照规定，应该是在孩子出生的半年之内，申请生育金的，但是表格上说，海外出生的孩子，不受这个限制。目前所知的情况 是孩子一周岁之前登录，并且递交表格申请都可以。
当时去福利部的办公室领了表格，因为没有在澳洲工作，只能申请生育金，另外一种津贴没有资格申请。
按照规定，把各种问题填完，其中有一条是收入，这个是有限制的，具体根据当时财年的规定。
1.提供孩子的出生证，出生证翻译公证，
2.护照复印件，提供第一次入境的日期，最好有机票的单据之类的东西，
3.还有孩子打预防针的证明，
重点说一下预防针的证明，因为孩子在中国出生，所以打的都是中国的预防针，也没有澳洲的BLUEBOOK，所以必须把中国的预防针本子带给会中文的家庭医生，由他来把记录输入电脑，填写一个证明，拿着这个证明信到附近的medicare中心，带上medicare卡，然后等中心给你回寄一个确认孩子打过这些预防针记录的信，复印交给福利部。
4.孩子的meidicare卡复印件。
基本上就是这些材料。
蜜桃的申请过程比较波折，先是打中文电话给福利部，对方工作人员明确表示我们的孩子已经超过半年登陆，失去了生育金的申请资格，但是蜜桃有过超过半年登陆，并申请到生育金的朋友，所以深信是工作人员对政策理解有问题。
而且有没有资格获批，是由福利部来审批的，所以申请，还是可以我们的权利。
然后填好表格，被福利部把原件弄丢了，过了两个月，才知道资料丢失，只好再回办公室去补填，好在申请日期是按我初次递表的日期来算，不是按再次递表的日期来算的。
然后就是漫长的等待，期间孩子的牛奶金从出生到现在的，政府给补发了。这个也是要申请的。
最终于2011年12月28日获批生育金。分13周发放。共计五千四百多澳币。
蜜桃把经验提供给所有需要的同学。 超过1周岁之后登陆呢？ 那就肯定没有了， 帮不到忙了！ 好吧。呵呵。:) :) :) :) :)

需要在澳洲呆多久呢？比如我想去澳洲呆个十天半个月的就又离开了，还能拿到钱吗 前兩天去問了，說6個月之內要登陸，不然拿不到baby bonus babybouns我是要求的按照双周发，孩子离开澳洲一定要通知centrelink，孩子离开澳洲超过16周，取消babybouns。 本帖最后由 ericvan76 于 25-7-2013 09:22 编辑楼主应该说明父母是PR，还是Citizen？
小孩出生在国内，生下来是中国公民还是澳洲公民？
否则会误导大多数新移民。
据我所知，现在给小孩申请PR一年都批下不来，一年内即使登录也只能是旅行签证，也没有办法申请medicare。疫苗什么的可以打，牛奶金等PR下来之后也会补给你，但是要拿babybonus，很难。 感谢楼主分享的信息，我们的孩子在新加坡出生的，现在7个月，我们都是PR，正在头痛这个事情，可以加一下我的QQ1203111067 吗？多谢 kitchekiss 发表于 24-7-2013 23:17 static/image/common/back.gif

不确定到底是半年还是1年，我记得前几天我也在网站上看到是28周的样子，不太记得了 回头看了一下规定
baby bonus是可以在孩子1岁之前claim
但是同时需要父母在孩子半岁之前满足residence requirement
也就是说需要父母在孩子半岁之前登陆过
所以对于首次登陆的父母来说，还是只有在孩子半岁之前才能领取到baby bonus！
Eligibility for Baby Bonus
Baby Bonus may be paid to your family following the birth or adoption of a child if:
you are eligible for Family Tax Benefit for the child (disregarding the Family Tax Benefit income test) within six months of the child's birth or after an adopted child enters your care before turning 16 years old, or
you are claiming for a child other than your own and you started caring for the child within six months of the child's birth and are likely to continue caring for the child for at least six months, and
you or your partner are the primary carer of the child, and
you meet the Baby Bonus income test, and
you meet the residence requirements, and
you have not received Parental Leave Pay for the child, and
you make your claim no later than 52 weeks (364 days) after the birth of the child or after the adopted child enters your care
If your family does not qualify for Baby Bonus, you may be eligible for Parental Leave Pay.
You may still be eligible for Baby Bonus in the case of a stillbirth or infant death. Read the Bereavement Payment information.
To be eligible for Baby Bonus you must satisfy residence requirements. You must be living in Australia and:
have Australian citizenship, or
hold a permanent visa, or
hold a special category visa, or
hold a certain temporary visa type for example a partner provisional, interdependency or temporary protection visa
Your child must also meet the residence requirements or must be living with you.
You may be able to claim a payment during a temporary absence from Australia if you have been absent for less than three years.
You will also need to meet the residence requirements for Family Tax Benefit Part A and Part B within 26 weeks of your child’s birth or adoption.
澳洲政府的钱不好拿，如果有一天centrelink认为工作人员对于政策理解有误而发了不该发的钱，会让你把拿的在吐出来。 現在孩兒申請PR要14個月阿，所以基本拿不了 如果出生以后半年内短登一下，过一两周就会回来，能申请到Baby Bonus吗？
