elodge材料的公证处出生公证，还需要再搞certified copy吗？还是可以直接扫描提交？
看到checklist上有写：" Certified copies of birth certificates or the family book showing the names of both parents for all your children (including any who are already in Australia, who are Australian permanent residents and/or who are not migrating with you).”
