Our client is a growing small to medium enterprise that specialize in affordable telecommunications, domain names, web hosting, VPS hosting, Email, web design, and online marketing services.

The company looking for a highly skilled Junior Developer / Applications Support Officer to proficiently support internal stakeholders and clients with corporate business applications and associated systems.

The role will encompass the ability to gain exposure in web development and design.

Criteria:
2+ years Experience in IT.
Ability to speak will Mandarin will be highly advantageous.
Demonstrated prior experience within a helpdesk/support environment.
Formal IT qualifications (IT DEGREE, DIPLOMA, MCP, CCNA)
Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS, XML, JavaScript, ISP, Hosting, Web Design and web standards.
Strong Customer service and excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Ability to handle client requirements; troubleshooting, registering and renewing domain names, hosting, SSL etc.
Excellent time management skills.
2 years proven experience in PHP development- Strong /Solid skills.
High level understanding and working knowledge of Object Orientated Programming.
Solid experience working with MySQL.
Understanding of Web services SOAP, XML and open source CMS e.g Wordpress.

不过觉得这个要求比较扯淡，根本不是junior的要求。不知道employer怎么想的？用junior的薪水招一个senior？

这里的广告都这样。用初级的字眼吸引你，点进去一看，没个10年经验哪里拿的下啊

也不完全是这样的，这种看着好像啥都要会的

但这种职位的简介往往是虚的，其实每样都只要点皮毛罢了

这些要求，如果去掉excellent, solid等字眼，还有做support, 双语那段，应该是挺普通的junior web developer的要求吧。
