HI all,

I'm now applying Citizenship online and need to upload all the supporting documents via system.
As I apply HK CNCC that " A PHOTOCOPY of a request letter from the relevant Consulate / Immigration Authority / Government Authority, which contains the applicant's name and clearly indicates that the production of the Certificate is required.
There should be a POSTAL ADDRESS of the relevant Consulate / Immigration Authority / Government Authority since the application result will be directly sent to them by registrated mail. If only the electronic copy of the request letter is availalbe, please print it out for submission."

How comes I can get this letter via online application? What can I do now?
Is there any Hong Kong mates experienced this and give me an advise?

The only thing I can do is, I submit the application without upload the CNCC.
Perhaps, just wait for their call.

Yes I did! Hong Kong side recommend me to submit the application then they will issue the letter asking for CNCC.
