【急询】携程上订的澳洲航空的机票，新移民初次登陆，请问现在的行李额度是多少？（行李件数，尺寸，重量；是否区分大人和儿童，随身携带的行李限制？）
澳航的电话一直打不通，论坛里面看了，百度了，说法不一，目前携程上看到的是 普通乘客30kg/人；

QF3874/3875 between Singapore - Helsinki: Baggage allowance is 1 piece at 23kg (50lb) in Economy, 2 pieces at 23kg (50lb) each in Business and 1 piece (maximum 10kg (22lb) per infant.

Total dimensions for each piece must not exceed 158cm (62in). Dimensions for checked baggage are calculated by adding together the width, height and depth of the piece of baggage.

No single item of checked baggage may exceed 32kg (70lb). For tickets issued with an allowance in kilograms only, there is no restriction on the number of pieces within the weight allowance for international travel.

Note: that if you have purchased international flights and domestic flights and these are on the same ticket, the international checked baggage allowances apply to the domestic flights too. Where the international and domestic flights are on separate tickets, if the connection time is within the same calendar day* the International Baggage Allowance is accepted on both flights. Be sure to present both tickets when checking your baggage in. Exceptions apply.

*Connection time must be on the same calendar day for example: arrive at the airport on 10 January 2015 with departure before midnight (11:59pm) 10 January 2015.

南航官网上有行李额的说明，新移民的托运行李额是23kg/件，可以带三件。随身行李要<5kg，还可以随身带一个电脑包或差不多大小的背包。
好像在订票时就要说明是新移民的，具体要求你可以打南航的客服问问

我四月份登陆的两大一小，每个人都是46kg的额度，澳航规定单个行李不超过23kg，实际超过一两公斤他们也都放行了。

多谢各位回复，已完成登录，分享一下我的经验：
1. 随身的行李只要尺寸不超标是不计算重量的，我们两个大人一个小孩，共随身了5个行李，三个背包，两个手提包；
2. 我是在携程上定的澳航的机票，订好票后，显示行李额度30kg/人，只要行李总额度不超过即可；
托运的行李一定要包装好，不易碎，因为搬运过程很暴力，我的一个大箱子摔碎了。
换登机牌的时候工作人员提示，如果是新移民应该提前在订票时候告诉票务中心人员是新移民，才有可能有增加的额度，一旦出票就确定了。

我们订的国航机票，大人和儿童票都是30kg，告知新移民后免费升级为40kg。限重量不限行李数量。

28寸行李箱用过没有问题。。。
