咸香口味的软面包,馅料特别好吃,香浓可口,搭配超软的面包体,趁热吃会拉丝,酥脆的表皮沾满了金黄的帕玛森奶酪粉,一口咬下去满足感十足~

材料 |  Ingredients:

高筋面粉 ( bread flour ) ……….......260g
鸡蛋(egg)...................................55g
水 ( water )…………………....................40g  
牛奶(milk)...................................80g
糖(sugar)....................................20g
酵母 ( yeast )………………......................3g
盐( salt )………………........................…3g
黄油(butter)................................20g


馅料 | Filling:

金枪鱼罐头(Canned tuna).................. 80g
玉米粒(corn kernels).......................... 40g
洋葱(onion)..........................................40g
马苏里拉芝士 (mozzarella cheese)... 60g
葡萄籽油( grape seed oil).................1 tbs
盐(salt)...........................................1/4 tsp
黑胡椒(black pepper)................... 1/4 tsp


表面装饰 | For decoration:
帕玛森芝士粉  (grated parmesan cheese)


345°F (175°C) 烘烤18分钟。
Bake at 345°F (175°C) for 18 minutes
