如何做砂锅排骨粥 / How to make Pork Ribs Congee

        立冬以后,一天凉似一天,熬一锅热腾腾暖洋洋的砂锅排骨粥,粥熬得柔滑香绵,粘稠浓厚,温暖滋补,荤素结合,既有肉的鲜美,又有青菜的翠绿清甜,令人食欲大振,暖心治愈~

材料 Ingredients:

排骨(pork ribs)......................................300g
大米(rice)..............................................150g
鲜味生抽(light soy sauce)....................1 tsp
蚝油(oyster sauce)...............................1 tsp
米酒(rice wine).....................................1 tsp
白胡椒粉(ground white pepper )......1/2tsp
盐(salt)...............................................1/2tsp
姜片( ginger)..........................................10g
水( water).........................................1300ml
小油菜(bok choy)...................................40g
香葱(greeen onion)..............................1 tbs

Tips:

1. 煮粥最好用圆粒米,会更绵软软糯一些,我习惯用寿司米煮粥,米要先泡一会,煮的时候会更容易煮开花,如果有时间,可以把米淘洗干净,冷冻几个小时,会更容易煮开花。

2. 水开以后,要小火慢慢熬,期间不时搅拌几次,避免粘锅,也可以让粥受热均匀,更粘稠。
