“我们仅仅是尝试买真正好的咖啡豆，这对于制作一杯好咖啡有很大的关系，但是我们也有一个非常熟练的、有条理的和协调的制度，”霍尔顿说。
“人们想知道他们将从我们这得到什么，我们确保他们每一次都会得到。”

Yelp发言人尼可拉斯·雷柏（Nicholas Lembo）说，27个维州的商家在澳洲百佳咖啡馆名单上。
“墨尔本巷道最受欢迎的Patricia占据了排行榜榜首，和27家维州的商家占据榜单的大部分——是所有州最好的，”雷柏说。
“另一个大惊喜是西澳，25个商家以小博大在百强中占重要位置。”
