[1]Go to a community college and ask if they happen to know any oil painters ( should have plenty of  )....
[2]walk on the street, and u'll find lots of street artists..even the painting framing shops
[3]go to art appliance shops and look for brochure and ask ppl

oil painting is time consuming. u might as well ask if they do acrylic painting ...

在city的时候经常看到有人在地上画画，而且就画成想油画的那样，非常的好。要不你去city走走，看到他们请他们帮你画一张，反正一样给钱。
