请教几个名词的意思，关于买房子保险的

1、BRICK VENEER 和MUD BRICK有啥区别？
2、Is your home part of a Strata title plan啥意思？
3、屋顶的瓦片选：CONCRETE TILES 还是TILE?
4  ALLIANZ的Home Insurance包括了building 和 contents吗？因为在网上QUOTE，ALLIANZ大概是两百多，而HBA则700多，差别大，所以有疑问。

brick veneer: 屋子外面是砌砖的，里面是木头架子，最里面是plaster   board石膏墙板
mudbrick：整个屋子外面是用泥做的砖
part.of.strata:一块地上修了几栋房子，你占其中的一栋。整个地是一个strata
瓦片：有的人的房顶上的瓦是水泥做的，有不是，你要看看才知道了。
水泥的瓦：

3) Concrete Tile or Tile?  我想你大概少看了个词吧 一般是问你是 Concrete Tile or Terocotta Tile
你可以爬上去试一下分量，Concrete Tile就是水泥做的，死重死重的，Terocotta 是类似于陶瓷，要轻许多，而且表面比较光洁
4) 一般那个Quote开始的时候第一个问题就是问你是要保Building/content/Buildnig&content，你选了哪个？
