Effective Monday 28 February 2011, ANZ will introduce a new special interest rate offer for new mortgage lending of $250,000 or more under the ANZ Breakfree Package.

New and existing ANZ Breakfree customers who apply for new or additional mortgage lending of $250,000 or more, will receive the following interest rate discounts on new lending only:

    *

      0.80% p.a. on ANZ Standard Variable Rate Loans and Equity Manager accounts and;
    *

      0.15% p.a. on ANZ 1 to 5, 7 and 10 years Fixed Rate Loans.
