After two day's waiting,I got my student id card eventually.Meanwhile,i thought i can get my transport concession card at the student center, but was disappointed at last.It turned out that i can't make the application because i was now doing master degree.

So what? I am a student anyway.I don't think this policy make any sense.

不会吧，不是说每周课时超过20小时就可以申请学生concession卡啊。不过国际学生不适用。

Graduate students and international students are not eligible for concession card.
