我已经Online申请了175，有筒子知道如何转176吗？麻烦告知一下，谢谢。

不过根据国外论坛的说法，7.1之后175是不能直接转176的。如果你想申请176，就必须重新交钱再递交一份申请。

Planning levels exist for all occupations, Immigration SA would like to advise that the following occupations have reached their planning levels for the 2010-11 Program Year. These occupations have been removed from the South Australian State Sponsorship Interim Occupations List and are no longer available for State Sponsorship:

323112 - Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)
233611 - Mining Engineer (excluding Petroleum)
341112 - Electrician (Special Class)
233213- Quantity Surveyor
Alternatively, some of these occupations may be considered under Off List criteria – details will be published on this website when the State Migration Plan is implemented.

谢谢，175转176官方并没有说不可以，应该只影响Group 4 （就是没有雇主提名，没有州担保，提名职业也不在7.1以后的SOL上）。

这个你最好跟官方咨询一下。

我从国外所了解到的，英国佬都是这么说，建议你打个电话问问。

不需要，你申请之后把TRN号告诉他们就可以了。

看来咱们不能在Perth相会了，不过去维州肯定不错，恭喜恭喜！

Your next steps
1.       You and any dependents will need to apply to DIAC for the 176 - Sponsored visa.  
a.       Offshore applicants should read DIAC’s Booklet 6 General Skilled Migration – available from Australian embassies, consulates or through DIAC’s website: www.immi.gov.au/allforms/booklets/books6.htm.  Book 6 contains the forms and information you will need to lodge a visa application.  

b.       If you have not already obtained a skill assessment, you must have your skills formally assessed by the relevant professional or trade assessment organisation in Australia.  The assessment organisation will advise you in writing whether your qualifications and skills are recognised in Australia.  Note that when you provided your CV to the Victorian Government no formal skills assessment was undertaken.  Your resume was required to assess the demand for your skills in Victoria only.

2.       Lodge a visa application with DIAC’s Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre.  Ensure that you include a copy of this Victorian Government sponsorship email with your visa application.  State-sponsored skilled migrants are guaranteed priority processing.  This means that the application will be processed faster than the average time for a Skilled Independent visa.  Delays may occur if DIAC must obtain further information from you.   

3.       To secure your Victorian Government sponsorship, provide the Skilled and Business Migration Program with your DIAC File Reference Number or Transaction Number as soon as it becomes available to you.  Once we receive this information, we will officially inform DIAC that you have been nominated by sending DIAC a completed Form 1100.  We cannot inform DIAC of state nomination until you have notified us of your File Reference or Transaction Number.  

这是信里面写的，是不是步骤2现在早就不用了？只要步骤1和3就够了吧。
btw，perth以后我肯定会去的，我家领导还一直想去那边的一个公司呢，只是wa还没有消息，现在有哪个就用哪个了。

另外一个问题，今天发帖问了，不过没人回。看看咱们这里有没有人知道：DIAC Elodge的时候公司推荐信的疑问
如果职业评估结果已经拿到了，但最近跳槽了。如果以后elodge的话，还需要新的公司再开reference letter吗？如果只是从工作经验的要求来说，跳槽前的单位经验已经满足各种要求了，而且跳到新的单位职业性质也发生了变化。

上周收到维州邮件叫更新职业评估，我们没有做新的评估，没理。
昨天下午收到电话，说雅思复议失败
今天收到州担保通过邮件，邮件上还写了对应的新代码ANZSCO Code: 261399，
对了，怎么现在州担保有效期只有四个月啊？？

四个月，我们最后的希望了，要在四个月内考过雅思！！！！

State Migration Plans (SMPs) Update
DIAC has provided the following update on State Migration Plans (SMPs):

SMPs are being introduced for each state and territory over the coming months and will provide state and territory governments with flexibility within the Migration Program to address specific skill shortages and local labour market needs as each agreement will be tailored to the individual requirements of each jurisdiction.

DIAC has also produced two SMP information documents:

State Migration Plans Fact Sheet (containing links to each State and Territory websites)
State Migration Plans Frequently Asked Questions
Victoria’s SMP began today, click for more information, and It is likely that the other SMPs will be announced at different times throughout the rest of the year.



South Australia State sponsorship for GSM Update
Immigration SA has advised the MIA of the following:

Given the planning levels and the impact on the volume of applications in the pipeline, monitoring of sponsorships will need to be able to respond to occupations that reach the planning levels more effectively. To this end, the following occupations will be removed from the current Interim Occupations List and/or will not be included in the State Sponsored Migration List (SSML):

233611 - Mining Engineer (excluding Petroleum)
341112 - Electrician (Special Class)
We are unable to provide an indicative date when the SSML and the SMP will be implemented, however can advise that it is not likely to happen until sometime in December. We would like to take this opportunity to thank MIA Members for their support, cooperation and patience.

貌似你ACS要重新评估，因为你递交DIAC的时候已经过期了，这个貌似是不可以的

只是没想到我的职业评估过期了，维州还是让我们通过了，而不 是补了新职业评估才通过。

重新评估倒是很快，一个月足够了。
你通过担保前，vic给你电话面试了么？我记得前面有两个兄弟被面试了。我没有接到电话，直接就说我的application is successful了。
