今天上网查，状态12/02/2010 Applicant Approved ，这算不算准签了

旧的失效，要先通知移民局。信息更新后再去使馆盖章。

The granted visas are linked to the passport numbers that were provided as part of the application.
If any person obtains a new passport after receiving this letter and before the visa is evidenced,
they will need to contact the nearest Immigration office in Australia or overseas to advise the
Department of their new passport details.
