Thank you for your email sent to the Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre on
the 29th October 2009. I am responding as the Manager of Team 7 in the ASPC
who finalised your visa application in May 2009. I apologise in the delay in
progressing your refund request.
To request a refund you will need to provide a signed letter from the payer
of the Visa Application Charge requesting that a refund be considered. The
letter needs to include:-
- the payers current postal address
- an overview of why a refund is required
- the payers signature at the bottom
