发查询邮件跟发Suggestion的网址不一样。

发查询邮件回复人是普通的officer；

发Suggestion的回复人是其中一个team 的Manager，或者Assistant Director.

那么，你说，谁发的邮件会有效一点呢？

那请问发Suggestion 是哪个邮箱？发complain 的又是哪个邮箱？

我6。10递交的，现在状态啥变化也没有，全是required。上周在线查询分VO没，这个周一8。17日回复说还没分VO.都两个月了，啥动静也没，我是不是也该发个Suggestion？

不好意思啊，我想可以天天上网啊。

但是网线出了问题，没有时间去买新的。估计要到今天晚上才可以上网了。

从8.18 收到Suggestion的回复，到今天为止，都已经第5个工作日了，还没有任何的反应，都不知道怎么回事？

当时的回复如下：

Thank you for your email to the Global Feedback Unit dated 6th August 2009.
I am responding to you as the Manager of Team 7 Offshore Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre.

I have reviewed the status of your visa application and can advise that your Subclass 475 - Skilled Regional Sponsored Visa has been reallocated for progression in the next 5 - 7 days. You should have received correspondence from your case officer shortly.

Your new case officer is Ms Deidre Clarke.

Your ongoing patience is appreciated. Your case will be progressed further shortly.I apologise for the delay in progressing your application.
