职业评估的结果没收到怎么办（给我回信了，帮我看看呗）

我6月10日网上提交的申请。7月17号的时候网上状态变为CF.至今还没有收到信。8月6日我发mail给acs的那个负责人说我没有收到RL。让他们再给我寄一次过来。
可是至今没有收到对方的mail回信。
不知道他们会不会直接寄过来不回邮件还是怎么着。我该再写邮件询问么？还是等着呢？

我又问了。对方给我回复如下。
Your case has been finalised however your result letter has not yet been sent out as their is a query with your assessment that we are waiting on the assessor to get back to us in regards to.

As soon as I have correspondence from the assessor we will release your result letter.

虽然安心了一些。但是有这种情况么？怎么结束了这么久信还没有发出来呢？

ACS用平信邮寄评估结果，所以比较慢。你在耐心等待几天吧。如果过几天还收不到评估结果，你要写邮件查询了。

查询状态的旁边写着21天。但是已经超过了啊。
