看到论坛上有人说西澳已经不对非本州毕业的人提供州担保了，但在官方网站上没找到这个消息，请问还能申请西澳或昆士兰的州担保么？
我查了下自己的职业是在这两个州的list上的。

QLD应该能申请把最近一次变化就是6月30号list变更不过貌似最近非常慢之前有4月中签收的桐子6月底发邮件问进度回答说还在处理3月份的那基本上就是3-4个月的处理时间了

西澳的官网上：
All sponsorship applicants must also meet Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) basic criteria:

Meet DIAC’s points test pass mark for State/Territory Sponsored visas of 100;
Be aged under 45 years at the time you lodge your visa application;
Have at least a vocational level of English (higher for some occupations);
Have qualifications assessed as comparable to Australian requirements; and
Have a minimum level of recent work experience in your occupation OR have completed a qualification after at least two years study in Australia, within the last six months.
