关于同居关系证明

DIAC主页要求写一个statement（见下），请问这个statement是主申请写就可以了，还是主副申请必须一人写一个啊？

Evidence of the history of your relationship
Both you and your partner should provide a statement including all of the following:

how, when and where you first met
how your relationship developed
your domestic arrangements, that is, how you support each other financially, physically and emotionally and when this level of commitment began
any periods of separation, when and why the separation occurred, for how long and how you maintained your relationship during the period of separation
your future plans.
Note: Your statement does not need to be made on a statutory declaration form. Your statement or statutory declaration must, however, be signed by the author.

证明同居关系就要准备材料，这些材料是座位证据，证明你和副申请人的同居关系。

2、关系证明材料：
1)        提供的是两个人分别写的statement on the history of relationship。内容关于你与你配偶第一次见面的时间、地点、任何见面的详细情况以及如何发展到现在的详细情况（日期要尽量准确，详细）。两张纸的内容
2)        financial aspects：信用卡、转账、房租收据、电话单据等
3)        nature of household：主要看共同的生活安排，住房，日常消费等。
        住家附近的超市的购物小票和信用卡签单；
        一个餐馆多次就餐的签单；
        信用卡交双方所有手机座机花费的签单；
        信用卡账单邮寄地址；
        旅行共同付费的账单。
4)        social context：一切其它关于你们关系的证明材料，如照片、贺卡、贺礼(可拍照证明)、晚宴合影和录象，共同参加的体育、文化、社交及其它活动方面的证明材料，如照片、录象等，也可以提供你们和朋友之间的合影，你们俩出外旅游的机票或其它证明材料（如有两人电话的通话记录表，可提供复印件），电子邮件，信件（包括信封和内容），电话帐单，短信帐单等，登机牌和飞行记录。
    提供多个朋友的电话（都必须可证明双方关系）。
5)        commitment：
        互相送的一些礼物（单据）；
        有time stamp的信件，卡片；
3、补充材料：
1)        提供了一份 statement on sponsorship undertaking，说明了为什么你们要提出PR申请；
2)        附担保人工资单，银行账户证明和最近六个月的流水。

在这里冒死开个玩笑：这个fannacially和emotionally好像还好说，那physically该如何证明啊？还是“你们之间互相支持”，貌似开房的发票也可以吧。

可能我理解错了，这里physically翻译成“健康”更加合适。
