除了前几天已经贴过的签证申请费涨价，也就是两个和付费父母移民的相关的法律修改
其他的技术修改等等都和我们大部分人没关系

根据以往的规律，政策重大变化都是16/17号出来的，1号的都是小打小闹

楼上说的极是，07/9/1是一次REVOLUTION。

时逢新财政年度开始，还是静心关注。可能不是那么简单。

2007年9月1日的政策出台很早就有消息了吧，起码提前了两个多月

去年12月17日的新政也是2009年1月1日开始执行的

前两天看了下这个清单，觉得移民局似乎没有全部列出来。

一来是往年也有过这样的事情，记不清是去年还是前年，7月1日当天又补充了一部分法律变动。

二来是，这些法律变动里，没有看到已经公布（但没有修改法律）的，7月1日起将实行的，TAFE雅思提分到四个6和JRT（职业测试）的内容。感觉移民局还有政策会在当天才公开。

我20号交的，汇率跟这两天相似，扣了12000多一点点，比中行汇率算出来稍多三四百
