Some people talked about Norway here, I strongly recommend to go.
Go to coastal village, fjords and islands up the north, stay in cottages.
The best time to go and the best thing to do (personal conclusion):
March,
Spectacular snowy high terrain.
To do:
Telemark ski across untouched pure-pure-pure white powder snowy high terrain (lin-hai-xue-yuan);
Or rent a ski-doo if you don’t know how to telemark skiing.
Wear ski goggle and sun-block cream.
Cost: $$$, you have to go with high quality equipments and high performance gear.
NEVER go with cheap knockout.
Around Mid-summer day
Beautiful summer scene with snow-covered mountain peaks and metallic-like surface lake as beautiful as surreal.
To do:
Camping at seashore: to watch the Sun kiss the Earth, skyful of clouds on fire.
Camping by the lakeside: if you are lucky, you can watch thousands rear deer passing by your tent;.
Cost: not expensive |
