for your Australian visa application.
The Health Assessment Service (HAS) has advised that they require further
information before they can determine whether you meet the health criteria
for entry to Australia.
It is therefore necessary for you to provide the reports as per the details
over the page. You are required to go to the same Panel Doctor who
performed the initial medical examination. It is not acceptable for you to
approach an alternative Panel Doctors for this follow-up request.
Kindly hand this e-mail over to your Panel Doctor.
Processing requirements provide a time limit of 90 days for you to provide
reports to this office. If we have not heard from you by that time,we may
proceed to decide this application on the basis of the available
information. (Please note: some testing and treatment, such as those for
tuberculosis, may take longer than 90 days. If you are required to complete
such a requirement, please arrange for the information to be forwarded to
the LCU as soon as it becomes available)
If you are unable to meet the 90 day requirement, please contact the LCU
immediately via return e-mail.

Further up-to-date Posteroanterior (PA) chest x-ray film and form 160
required.
The report must be sealed by you, the Doctor, stamped & signed, attached to
a copy of this email and then sent from your clinic to the Local Clearance
Unit at the following address。
