BB国籍身份问题请教

请教一个BB身份的问题
我和老公现在都是PR, 计划明年入澳洲国籍.
如果BB今年在澳洲出生,但我帮她申请了中国护照,以后想申请澳籍怎么办?难不难?
有类似经历的JM可以介绍一下吗? 最好给了详细的官方文件.

因为父母都是pr，如果BB在澳洲出生，就直接是澳洲国籍  -- 中国政府不会给BB中国护照的

Right.  You can not get Chinese Passport for your child if he/she was born in Australia.

According to Australian law, if your child was born in Australia, if any of you and your spouse has a australian PR, your child will be an australian citizen naturally.
According to Chinese law, your child can not got a Chinese passort, because your child has already got australia citizenship and China don't accept dual citizenship.

请问在澳洲出生的宝宝，多久能办好出生证？多久能拿到澳洲护照？能办加急的吗？多谢了

护照很快的 -- 正常情况下，一周多就可以拿到了，也可以加急，两天就行了
出生纸？不知了，呼唤有经验的同学

BABY 不是入籍，是natural-born citizen. not naturalization （归化）.

In law, naturalization refers to an act whereby a person acquires a citizenship different from that person's citizenship at birth. Naturalization is most commonly associated with economic migrants or refugees who have immigrated to a country and resided there as aliens, and who have voluntarily and actively chosen to become citizens of that country after meeting specific requirements. Unless resolved by denaturalization or renunciation of citizenship, naturalization can lead to multiple citizenship.

中国父母生的孩子，虽然是在澳洲出生，但也没有中国国籍，（中国没有给大家选择的机会），这未免太说不过去了。

中国使馆确实不给中国国籍，这是事实。

Birth certificate is not issued by hosptial. Hosptial will only give the doctor's certificate which indicated that the mum has got a baby (baby's gender, birth date/time, weight nad length etc). You need use the doctor's certificate to apply a Birth Certificate from the state office of the "Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages".

Yes, you can. if you give up your baby's oz citizenship, your baby can get chinese citizenship.

you give up oz citizenship in order to get chinese passport.
since you are nature oz citizen, can the bb claim his oz citizenship later after he get his chinese passport?

这样说就是不管BB是不是在澳洲出生，还是跟父母的身份算中国籍的。原来是这样，谢谢啊！
