sorry, the friend upstair's info is incorrect. your website is designed for the car protencial buyer to check if the car owner used his car as a mortgage to loan some money and the amount repaid or not.
basicly, it's difficulty to check the car had serious smashed repair record or not. of course , you can check it by your experience, or his motor notebook if he is a horest one. GOOd luck!!!
