I’ve been working as a vice-general manager for more 4 years in a small company invested by a old man from Singapore ,it is a company producing stamping metal parts. my main duty is to manager the running of the factory, excluding the issues about sales and finance .i think I got and kept this position for good luck in some degree,i have no confidence in my career .communication is a another thing in a different culture circumstance ,do I need to start from a process worker? thanks.
