I got city council review every three years IIRC. Same as you, only increase the charge. No difference on council service. It seems no major work done at my area for the last 15 years to my knowledge. The city council just keep charging and the mayor Mr. Len Brown used his city council office to have sex with another woman, not his wife, and refuse to leave the job. What a fxxk

We, the rate payer cannot do anything to let him go.

I am surprised that no law will force that guy leave the job.

This also proves anyone can be a mayor. Another is to say anyone can do the job if salary is more than certain amount i.e. MP, prime minister, president. All these positions are useless.
