求助！收到Immigration SA的邮件，困惑中。

今天刚收到Immigration SA <noreply.migration@sa.gov.au>发来的标题为“IMMIGRATION SA: South Australian state nomination Zhang San”的邮件（zhang san为化名），还提供了申请帐号和密码，好像是让我去申请SA 190州担保。具体邮件内容如下。

让我感到困惑的是，本人IELTS成绩并未达到SA州担保职业262113-system adm的每项6.5分的要求。按道理应该不具备资格申请SA 190州担保啊。而且现在262113职业在SA州属于special condition apply。那为何SA移民局还发来了这样的邮件？难道是刺激偶悲催的雅思成绩！？？？这让我该如何是好？请各位移友帮我分析分析！是应该忽略此邮件，还是应该走SA申请流程试试SA移民局是啥意思？

Who is Immigration SA?
Immigration SA is the State Government agency responsible for international migration to South Australia. We work with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection to attract eligible skilled and business migrants to South Australia through state nominated visa programs.
State nomination offers skilled and business migrants pathways to permanent residency in South Australia.
SkillSelect Expression of Interest
We've noticed that you have recently submitted an expression of interest (EOI) via the Department of Immigration and Border Protection’s SkillSelect system and we have identified you as a potential candidate for state nomination in South Australia.
If you have already submitted a state nomination application via Immigration SA please ignore this email.

Applying for state nomination in South Australia
In order to make things quicker for you, we have created you an Immigration SA account and pre-populated your personal details in our online application form.
To proceed with an application, make sure you meet all of our eligibility requirements and the Department of Immigration and BorderProtection's requirements and then simply complete an online application.
State nomination conditions
If you are successful in gaining a state nominated visa, you will need to be committed to living and working in South Australia for the first two years.
All occupations have quotas. Once these quotas are reached, the occupation is only available to applicants who meet the special conditions apply criteria.
If your occupation is on the South Australian Graduate List or listed as special conditions apply, you need to meet the additional criteria explained on the eligibility requirements page.
How to apply
Make sure you have selected South Australia as your only preferred state in your SkillSelect expression of interest.

Visit www.migration.sa.gov.au and login using the details below.

Username: xxxxxxx（本人EOI的号码）
Password: xxxxxx（SA已给了一个初始密码）

Click on 'apply'. Enter your EOI ID into the application form and your personal details will then populate in the form.

楼主EOI的时候选了SA么？估计是个自动发的邮件吧，如果你这个职业是Special condition apply，你申请SA州担保的时候应该是选不了这个职业的，所以其实你想提交申请也不行吧，不过楼主可以试试，反正不要钱。。

我是7月5号提的EOI，没有特别选SA，选的是任何州。用SA移民局给的帐号密码登录后，可以选择sys adm的职业。奇了怪了。难道SA州担保的标准降低了，而SA官网update的信息不及时？

关键是SA要求申请者EOI里面只选择SA这一个州，而我7月14日已经递交了NSW 190的申请。如果现在去尝试这个SA的申请，我担心会影响NSW 190的申请。纠结啊！

登录系统，选完职业后，做了几步操作，到了选择190和489的步骤，果然就没法选择了。看来雅思4个6.5分的要求没变，此邮件纯属SA移民局的广告邮件。哎，广告邮件也搞这么专业，还提供帐号名和密码。倒塌啊倒塌！
不过，还是谢谢你了。

那看来这个和直接申请还有些不同，看来这个邮件还不是随便发的
不过你都NSW 190了，还看SA干嘛。。 SA跟NSW比差远了吧

我雅思是L6.5, R8.5, S7, W6，overall 7.0。确实没达到SA的each 6.5的要求。唉。不过SA确实很毒，即使满足雅思，州担保还搞排他性，必须选only SA，

而且如果楼主没有提供过信息给SA,SA如何获得你的信息来提交EOI的？这算是资料泄露么？
