英文成绩单毕业证英文版上已经有“此件系中文原件的翻译件”字样，还需要认证吗

是这样：

我的英文成绩单，学位证毕业证的英文版都由学校档案馆直接做好了。每一份的上面都有“此件系中文原件的翻译件 This is the translation of the original in Chinese”，抬头有学校的名字，logo，地址，和档案馆的英文名称，末尾有档案馆馆长的titile(director of Archives)的名字和档案馆公章。只是档案馆馆长的名字在文档的末尾，不是紧跟着This is the translation of the original in Chinese这句话的下面。

这样的情况，还需要找律师或医生或公证处再写一个“This is true and accurate copy of the original”再签字吗？

我的理解好像是不需要。guideline是这样写的：

Certification can be authorised within Australia by:
。。。。。
 a principal in the teaching service
。。。。。

Documents Certified Outside Australia can be certified by an equivalent of the above authorised list within the country of origin.

也就是说，找校长或者委托人都是可以的。既然已经有档案馆馆长的名字和档案馆的章，再找个教师律师认证签字好像多此一举。
