What does "Awaiting recommendation" mean in the health exam info sheet

In the health exam result sheet, item 501, which is the only one required for my 5-year-old boy, shows "awaiting recommendation". What does this mean? to be referred?

We took the exam in Parramatta, Sydney.

any updates for your son's health check result? My son has encountered the same problem, not sure if this means "not finalized" or " has problem"?

His case was finalized ok. Most of case it is just normal, probably because kids need special observation compared with adults.
