配偶签证 820转801

12年9月给老婆递的配偶签证申请
上个月820下了，之前催过两次，但都告知需要13个月，实际情况1年，也差不多了。

820能享受medicare, 转801之后能享受正常的centerlink福利，不需要等待期。

请教两个问题

1.想确认下接下来的流程，是不是再等一年(14年9月)801就能批了？

2. 据说快到期之前移民局会发信通知，请问大概多久之前会通知，大致内容是什么，需要有什么提前准备的吗？

大概在你820递交2年左右的时间，会受到移民局要求递交801的通知，然后再递交801，然后再等801下签，801下了就是pr签证了。

Approximately three months before you are eligible to be assessed for a Partner (permanent) visa (subclass 801) (usually two years after application lodgement), you will receive a letter from the department asking you to provide further information relating to your application.

果然还是需要提交一些材料的，如下

Statutory Declaration Partner visa (applicant)
Statutory Declaration Partner visa (sponsor)
Checklist for Partner visa processing
Form 888 – Statutory declaration by a supporting witness relating to a partner visa application
Acknowledgement letter

Change of address, name or passport details
If you have changed address, name or passport details, you must notify us by calling the department or by completing Form 929 Change of address and/or passport details and posting it to the relevant Partner (Permanent) Processing Centre.

还是有个问题

1.提交801之后，处理时间还要再多6-8个月PR才能下来，请问是否属实？

这个每个人情况不一，我们家的等了4个月，我认识有人等了6个月
