我的eVisa在提交时已经明确指出只有3人移民（夫妻+儿子）。在问及是否有non-migrating dependent family member时，我选择了Yes：

你自己把父母的名字写上去了，系统当然就认为是附属申请，需要提交无邢和体检喽

这些都应该是系统自动分配的，在没有分配CO或者任何手工更改之前

请联系上文，父母是作为不跟随移民的non-migrating dependent family member填上去的。

既然都不跟随移民了，那干嘛还需要提供无刑和体检报告？

按我现在的理解，这个non-migrating dependent family member意思是需要你提供经济支持的家属（通俗一点就是要靠你来养），但TA又不跟随你移民。

所以从人道主义角度来看，澳洲移民局就要求你提供一些资料，证明这些家属不会因为不跟随你移民，导致生活困难。

如果是填一些什么form，证明即使你移民后，TA也可以依靠另外的生活来源，那你的移民才符合道德。否则移民局有可能不批准。这样我还可以理解。

但现在要求提供的是这类家属的无刑＋体检报告，那我就搞不懂了。

阴谋论一点，莫非移民局担心你家属有刑事记录及身体方面的问题，对你多少有些影响，于是就考虑到底是否该放这样的家庭进来澳洲？

以上都是我瞎猜的：）

我当然明白“既然填了父母的名字进去，人家当然会要你提供资料”。

我不明白的是，干嘛提供的资料是无刑记录和体检报告，而不是其他资料，比如出生证明（证明你们的亲属关系），或者收入证明（证明没有了你的经济来源，他们一样能生活）。

果然，根据你给的网址，找到了如下说明：

Other dependent relatives

A dependent relative (other than a dependent child) can be included in your visa application when you lodge your application.

You cannot add a dependent relative to a points tested skilled visa after you lodge your application.

To include your other dependent relative(s) in your application, there are requirements and evidence that must be provided to prove dependency.

To be considered a dependent relative you must prove they:

have no other relative able to care for them in their own country
are not currently married, engaged or in a de facto relationship
usually are a resident in your household
depend on you for financial support for their basic needs and you have supported them for a substantial period
depend on you more than any other person or source.
Acceptable forms of proof include:

a certified copy of their birth certificate and proof of their relationship to you
proof that the relative lives in your household
proof that your relative has been dependent on you for at least the last 12 months.
if your relative is divorced, legally separated or widowed, you must provide certified copies of supporting evidence, such as:
the document of legal divorce
the document of legal separation
the death certificate of the deceased partner.

根本就没有提到无刑记录。

所以我估计这是eVisa的缺省设置（系统设计时没有进一步根据申请人的年龄等相关因素来细分是否需要提供无刑记录），默认所有申请人都必须提供无刑记录和体检报告，和申请人什么年龄（我儿子6岁，网页上一样要求提交其无刑记录），以何种身份加入移民计划无关。

我现在也是楼主你之前的情况，把父母填在non-migrating dependen 上面了。。。请问楼主当时是如何解决的呢？我现在应该还没分开CO，谢谢

我什么都没做，co现身后主动帮我把填错的部分删除了：）

据有类似情况的同学说，她的情况是co现身后，要求你填一份1023表去修改填错的部分的。

您好！请问我的母亲目前已退休，已离异单身，但有一点点退休工资，我一直在照顾她，住在一起。这种情况可加进dependent relative这一项里面吗？
