DIAC目前更新了部分于2013年7月1日生效的条款

Effective 1 July 2013

Repeal of Certain Skilled Migration Visas and Associated Legislation
Amendments to the Migration Regulations 1994 to align Tribunal procedures
Additional arrangements for the Subclass 401 (Temporary Work (Long Stay Activity)) visa
Amendment of Australian Citizenship Regulations 2007 relating to the payment of fees in foreign currencies and foreign countries
Amendments to the Migration Regulations 1994 relating to payment in foreign currency
Amendments relating to Subclass 300 (Prospective Marriage) visas
Amendment to the Health requirement for Subclass 576 (AusAID or Defence Sector) visa
Amendments to the Migration Regulations 1994 relating to the permanent employer sponsored program
Amendments to the Migration Regulations 1994 to require certain applications relating to the temporary skilled migration program to be lodged electronically
Amendments to the Migration Regulations 1994 to strengthen the integrity of the Temporary Skilled Visa Program
Amendments to the Migration Regulations 1994 relating to Public Interest Criterion 4020

我记得早先有人发邮件问acs，他们说他们没有新政策，只是改了认证信的格式，不知道是不是我们被DIAC潜规则了？我10年的认证信上也写了推后两年才满足他们skilled的要求，和现在的应该是一样的，这个照理说应该是老条款了，不知道DIAC怎么操作，郁闷。。。

除了封面日期改动其他好像没改动
