Police have charged a 29-year-old Adventure World employee after he allegedly stole more than $100,000 from the Bibra Lake business.
It is alleged the man, who was employed in a financial management role, transferred payroll funds into the bank accounts of criminal associates between 2011 and March 2013.
Police say he also used his position to pay himself an extra $17,000.
Detectives executed a search warrant on the man's Shelley home this morning and seized computer equipment and documents.
The man has been charged with stealing as a servant.
He will appear in Fremantle Magistrate's Court in June.
