Anyone know this please? I need urgent help on this!
This is email I received today from TPG for our Internet & Home phone:

Thank you for choosing TPG as your Internet and Home Phone Service Provider.
Unfortunately we have been advised by Telstra that there is currently no cabling infrastructure at the address, xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, where you wish to have ADSL2+ with TPG Home Phone installed. If the address that you had supplied (as above) is incorrect or incomplete in any way, please let us know as soon as possible. We will be able to make these corrections and resubmit your application.
However, if the address supplied is correct, unfortunately this technical limitation is beyond TPG’s control and unfortunately we will not be able to proceed with your application further.
To cancel your account, please email adsl_cancel@tpg.com.au. Please ensure you include your ADSL username or customer ID in any correspondence.
If you have purchased a new modem from TPG and wish to return it, please send it to us within 30 days via courier or post to PO Box 1844, Macquarie Centre, North Ryde, NSW 2113 for a full refund to be applicable. TPG will not entertain any items sent using Cash On Delivery.
