commence employment within six months of arriving in Australia or within six months of the visa grant if they are already in Australia
remain employed in the nominated position in the regional area for at least two years.
For 187,The department has the power to cancel your RSMS visa if you have not made a genuine effort to
commence employment with your RSMS sponsor within 6 months of:
• your fi rst entry to Australia if you were granted an RSMS visa while you were outside of Australia, or
• the visa grant if you were granted an RSMS visa while you were in Australia.

Unfortunately, that is the case if you could not find another employer to sponsor you within 28 days you have to leave Aussie. The agent won't get another employer for free of charge. There is no free lunch thing. that's for sure.
One of my friend is on 457 visa and has been working for his employer for 4 months, lately just been laid off. his agent asked for another 200,000RMB at least to get him another employer.
So, please do research and consider well before you sign contract with any agents!
