western company vs asian company

I worked for western company, my husband worked for asian company, in the same industry. but still there are lots of different.

1. in western company, everyone leave exactly at 5 o'clock. in asian cpmany, if you leave within 15mins after working hour, that means you are not busy enough, the boss won't like you.

2. in western company, salary is salary, of course, I have to pay tax. but Super is not included in the offer. in asian company, offer is all inclusive. that means you have to pay tax and super all from the salary.

3. in western company, asian people don't usually make friends, because of different culture. in asian company, after a few months, everyone is friend.

4. in western company, people go out together for drink. in asian company, people go out together for meal.
