今天又收到ACS的信 我又一头雾水啊

第一封是 emial declaration
It is a condition of your application for Skills Assessment of the Australian Computer Society that you declare that all information provided in or with your Online Application is true and correct. In Australia penalties apply for providing false, misleading or fraudulent information.

I authorise ACS to make any enquiries it considers necessary or desirable to assist in the processing of my application and/or assessment of my skills, and

I authorise ACS to disclose part or all of any information collected in relation to this application for any purpose it considers necessary or desirable to assist in the processing of my application and /or assessment of my skills.

Due to the electronic nature of your application Xiuwen, we request that you reply to this email (without altering the subject line) as confirmation of your agreement to this undertaking or send in a signed and dated copy with your certified documents.

第二封 是 online skills docs request
I refer to your application for Skills Assessment and wish to advise that before the processing of your application can be finalised, further documentation is required:

* Certified copy of your birth certificate or passport and all Australian Visas (if you have worked or studied in Australia).

* Certified copy of your qualification certificate.

* Certified copy of the complete and final academic transcript for your qualification.

* Certified copy of proper and detailed employer references to support your professional experience.

下面还有巴拉巴拉一大推的话 我online的时候已经把pic都上传了呀 怎么会这样呢 ？

第一封邮件 仅仅是要我回复一下么 ？

We require documents to be sent to us as certified copies even if you have attached them as electronic copies to your online application. The ACS are required by the Department of Immigration to obtain certified documents from all applicants.


她是没有拿到我的材料 还是觉得我的材料有问题啊 我一点都不明白了

第一封应该就是让你回复一下，确认一下提供的内容是真实有效的。。。
第二封就是说明你DHL的材料他们应该还没有拿到，你就再回复一下这份mail，然后把快递号告诉他们。。。

第一封是例行公事，不回复也没怎样。第二封，就是问你拿材料，也就是说他们还没将你的材料和申请对上号。

怎样解决，我都已经分享了N次了。

多谢 velin   我后来 第二封邮件 我就把所有的东西通过邮件的方式又给了一遍 同时也告诉了他们 我快递的号码  我别的都不怕 就怕 说什么扫描的不好 回头我的原件都寄出了 我要扫描也没有办法扫描了
不过怎么解决 你是否在给个链接我看看 多谢啦

你的原件只有一份的吗？
那你visa申请是也就指望这次的扫描件了啊？
真是够经济的。。。

就是把快件号给他们，很快就能够IP了。

第一封信是代表他们开始着手处理你的case了。你还挺快的，我上次两周后才有这些邮件，一样的。

你不是本来打算等7月过掉再申请的嘛，这样满打满算工作不到4年呀

我怎么没收到呢？呵呵。说不定你要比我更早 in process了。我目前没任何动静。网上还是 to be allocated。也没收到任何邮件。

7月份毕业  3月份工作  7月份申请 无论如何都有4年了 何况 我3月份就是全职的工作 这个我会说明的

还好Visa申请可以纯online了。。。

第一封是声明书，回复同意声明内容即可。
第二封是系统自动发送的，是一个模板邮件（可以留意一下邮件中的日期，很可能是年初的日期） 。给个回复注明资料何时送到，签收人是谁就可以了。
CO会客气地给你一个Thanks回复。你在收到CO回复的同时，状态会变成In Process

我跟你一样收到过这样的两封信。（当时也是有点慌，但是后来回完信就没事了 ）

鉴于第二封信你把DHL号码以及有谁签收的在具体什么时间签收的回答清楚就好了。
他们会trace一下就会把你的Online递交的和DHL过去的Link起来了。
