C+H Global Services was established as a boutique consultancy and training firm based in Sydney Australia, and with consultants in Australia, Beijing and Shanghai. Started by owning partners Vivien Huang and Ashley Cooper in 2010, C+H consultants offer decades of payroll, accounting, HR, learning & development, knowledge management and process improvement experience to their clients.
Our organisation is founded on the principles of "local values, global reach" and our multi lingual consultants demonstrate this ability to operate across cultures, countries and industries in every engagement.
C+H Global has also established a number of successful communities of practice, including the Australian Payroll Group, a virtual community of over 150 members who discuss and share payroll knowledge and experience. Combined with our expertise in payroll training, we engage with payroll professionals on a daily basis and are a growing force in Australian payroll education.
Our learning is delivered in web-based, online face to face, self-paced workbook and classroom formats.  

What we can do for you
One of our key strengths is our ability to engage with and educate clients from the Asia pacific region, particularly Chinese clients who are either in the process of immigrating to Australia, or who have already arrived. This is an advantage that no other organisations currently enjoys. By training our clients to use ADP we are able to influence the capabilities and platform preferences of current and future payroll professionals - our clients can act as advocates for ADPs platforms and products as they grow their careers and can enable ADP to grow its customer base against competitors such as MicrOPay.
The proposed internships system will further establish ADP as the preferred payroll technology in the eyes of these payroll professionals as well as providing practical insight and experience into the application of payroll principles.
ADP will also have access to a talent pool that has been sourced as almost no cost to their business and the ability to select candidates that show high capability and good cultural fit.
