澳洲Skilled employment评估和skills assessment评估区别是？

对于主申请人，需要Skilled employment: evidence of working full-time in skilled employment in the 10 years before you were invited to apply, such as:  * employment references  。。。
  
  
对于Partner加分，需要 a suitable skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority for your partner’s nominated occupation (which must be on the same skilled occupations list as your nominated occupation).
  
请问这两个一样吗？对于EA认证而言，后者是否不需要工作经验？  

像我。本科EE，研究生经历也可以写一些CDR。但工作是通信相关专利的申请。请问是否作为副申请人可以通过Skills Assessment加上5分 ？

个人理解。对主申请人的工作经验要求，是说你在这个工作领域至少工作10年以上，从而证明你是一个可以胜任的人；对于配偶加分，配偶必须是满足相关的，职业评估机构对申请人的要求。两个不一样。EA不需要工作经验。副申请人需要通过skll assessment之后，才能给你加上5分配偶加分的。
