CO出现，体检先要做Medical History 的填写问题-

各位朋友好！

我今天收到CO的来信，要求我体检。 里面还说：

Before you visit the panel clinic, please also make sure that you complete your medical
history information. The Department requests that you do this online where possible to help
facilitate faster service when you visit the panel clinic. Medical history information must be
recorded before your immigration health examinations start, as the panel physician will take
this information into account when conducting your health examination.

You can do this via the Department’s website at www.eMedical.immi.gov.au/eMedUI/
eMedicalClient by entering your personal details and HAP ID referred to above. This will
need to be done for each applicant listed in your visa application. You will also be asked to
consent to using the eMedical system at this time.

这是让我先去网上填写medical history, 可是我登陆下面的他给的网站 www.eMedical.immi.gov.au/eMedUI/
eMedicalClient  还跟我要什么 Medical ID，我也没有这个号呀。
它上面说要先做这个online  Medical history information 填写，才能体检。可是我给预约的提交中心打电话预约，她告知我可以体检，因为可以查到我的 HAP号。
这是怎么回事？  我需要到哪填写 Medical History Information?  体检前填写还是体检后？ 不填写去体检，提交结果是否可以成功提交？

请知道的朋友告知！ 谢谢！！

当时我也遇到了同样的问题，你可以写邮件问你的CO要HAP ID，然后上网去填写medical history，我也有朋友跟体检中心说家里没有网络，然后直接去体检中心在他们的电脑上填的。至少我知道的情况是，我们两个人的体检报告都顺利传到DIAC了

我有HAP ID， 就是在体检链接里面打印出来的 referral letter 上，但是不知道怎么用。也没有什么密码。请问你是怎么用的？ 实在 www.eMedical.immi.gov.au/eMedUI/eMedical  里面的 user id  输入那个HAP 的7位数字吗？ 密码输什么？
烦请告知，谢谢！

你的那个我估计是给医生或签证官用的，附件是从我DIAC下载的一个说明，非常详细，你看看

非常感谢！ 我看了您给的pdf说明，这个 medical history 在上传文件链接里面的体检链接里面已经填写了，submit 后出现了 referral letter。看了我已经有了 referral letter 就证明已经填写了 medical history.
说明里面好像只有体检 paper 申请的人，才会自己去emedical 系统提交。我的申请时系统提交的，上传文件的系统里面有体检链接，应当是打印 referral letter 之前回答那几个问题就是了。
看了我不同在单独填写了。拿着letter 去体检就行了。

请问HAP ID是不是只有onshore的人才有阿？

好像不是吧，应该是只要体检，就会有HAP ID号
