So skill sets include strong comms, strong core Java, and front end Javascript experience (e.g. Ext,js) but also some knowledge with Spring and Hibernate maybe helpful. They’ll be working off windows and unix environments with IntelliJ, GIT, Bitbucket and Bamboo so will need to be able to set that up quickly to serve the business.

Understanding of Content Management System (CMS) technologies will add to their application.
