杯具了！BABY BONUS申请被拒

今天刚刚打电话给CENTRELINK，得知我的BABY BONUS被拒了。关于申请方面的贴子请参见这一个贴。

主要情况如下：

1：短登两周，因为申请的时候需要税号，所以在第二周的周三才去申请，这样在我回国前CASE还没有审完，这样没有收到钱就回国了。
2：我回国前通知他们了，说我要短期回国几个月。

被拒原因及说明：说我只在澳州呆了二周，而现在还在国外，所以暂时不发。

经验：

1：我现在分析一下，应该是回国前不要通知他们可能就可以了。因为移民局虽然跟CENTRELINK会核对记录，不过对于象BABY BONUS这种一次性发放的PAYMENT，即使你不通知他们也没有什么liability。象牛奶金这种就会有问题了，必须得通知他们的，要不然会有风险。

2：不知道BABY BONUS这种处理周期会多长，如果要短登申请的同学，最好把在澳州的时候定得三周以上，这样才有可能拿到。短登二周基本上很难，因为税号申请基本上要一周。然后再一周时间内想要政府的人把你的CASE处理完还是蛮不可控的。

没办法了，只好下去去澳州的时候把该我的钱拿回来，不过因为要在宝宝一周岁以内，所以不知道能不能抽出时间啊。郁闷中。。。。。。。希望大家吸取我的教训。

另外共享一下从中国免费打电话到CENTRELINK的方法，这样大家都可以省掉长途电话费啦。以下二个号码，你如果打不通一个，就换另外一个，肯定有一个能打通的，并且手机也可以打，这样就不用怕被老板听到啦：）

大家可以试一试短登回国的时候不要通知CENTRELINK，看看有没有机会拿到！

不好意思，我对baby bonus的情况不是很了解。 我的小孩是今年1月份在上海出生的， 近期我们打算短登， 这种情况下我可以申请baby bonus吗？ 还有小孩第一次登录是否需要出具免疫接种证明等东西？ -- Thanks in advance!

BABY BONUS只有小孩在澳洲出生才有吧，牛奶金是长住以后都可以有的我印象中。

非常感谢这个帖子版主提供的如此有用的信息。 我以前也觉得在国内生小孩根本不可能可以申领baby bonus。 现在我小孩出生16周不到， 如果我和小孩尽快登录， 应该是可以申请baby bonus了吧。 另外我查看了centerlink， 其中有个条件是关于Income条件的：
“Income test

The Baby Bonus income test is effective from 1 January 2009. It applies if you are claiming Baby Bonus for a child born or entering your care from 1 January 2009.

To qualify for Baby Bonus, you and your partner (if you have one) must have a taxable family income of $75,000 or less for the 6 month period following the birth of your baby or the date that the child enters your care.

Note: You have up to 52 weeks from the birth of your baby to claim Baby Bonus and provide your income estimate. If your income is initially too high and then your circumstances change, you can tell us within 52 weeks of your assessment and we can reassess your claim.

因为我还没有登录， 即使过去一下也很难找到工作， 这样我在澳洲的income短期可能为零， 这样的话是更加符合这个条件呢（里面有个“or less” 的措辞）， 还是相反根本就不行了？ 我可以用国内最近6个月的收入做证明吗？

是更加符合了，你这样的情况就是报income为0呀，以前国内的收入不算的，别担心，你来了可以拿得到的 ，只要不像楼主一样没过2周就回去了就行

刚才又细查了申请的时间， 只要孩子在2009年1月后出生的， 就可以在52周内申请， 而不是26周。 这样我的时间就充裕了！
