TR家属能申请1年的探亲签证吗？

请教一下各位大虾，我的一个持TR的妹妹准备在澳洲生宝宝，其家属能申请1年的签证照顾她吗？

What you mean her "家属"? Husband? children? parents? brothers/sisters, or other relatives? I think only her husband and children belong to her "家属" . The others are not her " 家属" according to australia law.

我的意思是能照顾她的人，比如父母，姐妹什么的。

这个mm也是当然也面临在国内生还是在澳洲生的问题，但在澳洲生这个是最大的问题。

可以的，我朋友TR期间，她妈妈常来看她的。你妹妹说明情况，生产月子期间应该可以申请1年的签证，但是具体的还要咨询移民局的

It should be OK for her parents and parent in law to get a one year visa, if her "家属" (Husband) has a job and a certain income or enough money in their bank account. but in usual, sisters or other relatives can only get a three months visa.
