Could anybody tell me why it takes me about 1 minute to rename or create a fold?

That's a nightmare.

Now, most of my colleagues are using Apple Mac's.
That's the answer to Windows Vista.
Win7.... Too late...
If it finally turns out to be another Vista,
Microsoft might probably be a company of yesterday.

obviously, it's because your computer system is not powerful enough to run Win 7.
