40ch和47ch填写的若干问题

我和我先生都是PR，目前在澳洲，现在准备给我们仍在中国的两岁多的儿子申请PR签证。
我有一些关于40ch和47ch表格填写的问题：

1、47ch里的第24个问题：Does the child have any dependants?
这个问题是什么意思？如何填写？

2、40ch里的第13个问题：Do you have the sole legal right to determine where the child shall live or to remove the child from their home country?
这里我选择的是Yes（Attach a certified copy of the court order giving you sole legal right to determine where the child shall live or the right to remove the child from the country），但是这个Court Order是怎么回事，只要有我儿子的出生公证即可吧？

3、40ch里的第14个问题：Does the child have any dependent family members who are included in this sponsorship?
这里是不是就是填写我和我先生的资料？

4、40ch里的第32个问题：Do you have any dependants?
这个问题如何填？

2，我认为是对的。
3，我认为你的回答是对的
4，奇怪，你的dependent就是这个小孩，怎么还问，是不是问你还有其他小孩，我也不懂了

40ch的第一个问题：How many people are included in this sponsorship for migration?
这句话的具体含义？是指提供sponsorship的人数，还是指申请签证的人数？
我的理解是填2，因为是我和我先生两人提供sponsorship，对吗？

1. 填no
2. Yes。 这个是问你小孩的监护权， 不是离异的应该比较简单吧，证据部分可能问问DIAC比较好
3. No （两岁小孩怎么会有dependent family members呢，而且问题1已经是No了）


我觉得你还是亲自去DIAC office问问比较好
或者再仔细研究下 Booklet 2

刚刚咨询了广州领事馆，正确答案如下：
1、47ch里的第24个问题：Does the child have any dependants?
意思是问你的子女是否有小孩？我的情况是选择No

2、40ch里的第13个问题：Do you have the sole legal right to determine where the child shall live or to remove the child from their home country?
只要不是父母离异等特殊情况的，一般都选择的是Yes（Attach a certified copy of the court order giving you sole legal right to determine where the child shall live or the right to remove the child from the country），并提供小孩的出生公证即可

3、40ch里的第14个问题：Does the child have any dependent family members who are included in this sponsorship?
这个问题的意思是问你的小孩还有没有其他家庭成员需要被担保，我的情况是No

4、40ch里的第32个问题：Do you have any dependants?
这个问题大概意思是问还有没有其他的子女，我的情况是No

5、40ch里的第1个问题：How many people are included in this sponsorship for migration?
是指被担保的人数，我的情况是填1
