Family Relationship Advice
The Family Relationship Advice Line provides information and advice on family relationship issues and parenting arrangements after separation. It can also refer callers to local services that can provide assistance. Call 1800 050 321 between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday, or 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday local time, except national public holidays.

Kids Helpline
Kids Helpline is a free, private and confidential, telephone and online counselling service specifically for young people aged between 5 and 25. Call 1800 551 800, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Lifeline
Lifeline provides crisis support services. Call 131 114, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Mensline Australia
Mensline Australia provides telephone and online support, information and a referral service. They provide counselling support for men to help deal with relationship problems in a practical and effective way. 大家一定要善于使用自己的local community centre.

一般要电话预约，然后会有volunteer solicitor为你免费解答法律相关的问题。比如你能不能不经过邻居允许搭一个篱笆啊，篱笆的钱怎么算啊，去法院要file哪些文件啊，volunteer solicitor都会为你解释的。

很多法律的问题，与其在网上查，不如去community legal centre问一下。一般volunteer solicitor都经验丰富的。NSW的网站是：http://www.clcnsw.org.au//index.php

其他州只要Google一下community legal centre就可以了

如果对自己的律师有意见，比如怀疑他/她negligent啊overcharge啊或者breach of fiduciary duty啊，NSW的可以去OLSC(http://www.lawlink.nsw.gov.au/olsc) file a complaint.

其他州只要Google一下legal services commissioner + 州就可以了

值得注意一下的事情是，移民律师是不能在OLSC投诉的。。。。。。移民律师有一个专门的部门叫IARC(Immigration Advice and Rights Centre)，可以去他们的网站 (http://www.iarc.asn.au/index) 投诉移民律师。
