New Year - New Pass
                        
                        From 1 January 2015, you will be able to travel across Zones 1+2 for the price of a Zone 1 fare.
                        
                        For Zone 1+2 myki passes that expire before 1 January 2015:
                        Continue to top up with enough myki pass days to travel until the end of the year.
                        
                        Then buy your new Zone 1+2 myki pass from 1 January 2015 to get the saving straight away.
                        
                        For Zone 1+2 myki passes that extend beyond 1 January 2015:
                        Keep using your myki pass until it expires. You will automatically be reimbursed the price difference of your pass for any remaining days after 1 January 2015.
                        
                        Then buy your new Zone 1+2 myki pass.
                        
                        All reimbursements will be credited back onto your myki as myki money, unless you have over $250 of value.
                        
                        For reimbursements over $250, providing you have a registered myki, you will be mailed a cheque to the address listed on your account, so please check your registered details and make sure your information is up-to-date.

Why do I need to buy a Zone 1 and 2 myki pass if I’m only being charged a Zone 1 fare? Zones across Melbourne are not changing – what is changing is that travel across Zones 1 and 2 will be charged a Zone 1 fare from 1 January 2015.
Not everyone travels across Zones 1 and 2 and people who travel only within Zone 2 will continue to get access to the cheaper Zone 2 fare.

32. I live in Zone 1, how will these fare changes benefit me?
From 1 January 2015, you will be able to travel in Zones 1 and 2, for the same price as a Zone 1 fare.
If you live in Zone 1, you will be able to travel across Zones 1 and 2 for the price of a Zone 1 fare, saving almost $2.50 (2014 prices) for a two hour full fare and almost $5 (2014 prices) for a daily fare.
If you travel with a myki pass, Zone 1 passes will no longer be sold. All myki passes will be a Zone 1+2 pass, providing travel across both zones for the price of a Zone 1 pass.
This will make it cheaper for people in Zone 1 to travel across the entire metropolitan network.

eventually是要涨价的。

不过方便很多，啥车都可以坐了，不然还考虑考虑。
